Cookies & Cream Almonds

The white chocolate coating is thick and creamy, and the cookie crumb crunch inside makes every bite feel like a dessert. I’ve been sneaking a handful after dinner and they’re dangerously easy to finish.

I didn’t expect the cookie crumbs to stay this crunchy inside the chocolate, but they do, and the contrast with the roasted almond is perfect. Each little bag is gone in about two minutes, which is my only real problem with these.

The white chocolate is smooth and not overly sweet, which lets the roasted almond flavor come through. The cookie crumbs add a nice crunch that makes each handful feel like dessert. I finished the bag in two sittings, they’re dangerously easy to keep eating.
