Ceri Asam Cokelat Hitam

Bought these for a snack craving and the balance is spot on—the tartness of the cherries cuts right through that 60% cocoa richness, so it’s not overly sweet. The chocolate coating is generous, giving a nice snap before the chewy fruit gives way. Already ordered another bag.

The 60% cocoa shell is thick enough to crack with a satisfying snap, and the sour cherry inside is a perfect tangy counterpoint. I've been rationing the bag because it's so easy to plow through a handful in one sitting.

The dark chocolate coating is rich and properly bitter from that 60% cocoa, which balances the sour cherry center perfectly—I finished the bag in two sittings. These are dangerously easy to snack on.
